Watching Wonder Pets

This is an older picture. Sean is watching his favorite show "Wonder Pets". Its the only show that he'll sit still for. Don't you love his little mini adirondack chair and table??
"Wonder Pets, Wonder Pets we're on our way to help the baby animals and save the day. We're not too big and we're not too tough but when we work together we got the right stuff. Go Wonder Pets." It gets stuck in your head!!!

Maine Wildlife Park

Today was another rainy day so we left Frye Island and went to the Maine Wildlife Park.

The park is made up of injured or orphaned wildlife. The last time we went was years ago when my sisters, cousins and I were little. Its changed and grown alot since then. It was great. Good thing to do when the weather isn't so nice.

Vacation - Beach Pics

Sean loved the water.
It's still pretty cold but we had to drag him out when we were ready to leave.

Vacation

Sean and I are up in Maine for the week for a little vacation. Unfortuantely the weather hasn't been cooperating, but what's new. We did get a good day in this past Saturday and took advantage of it on my parent's boat and on the beach.

Sean is signing

I started trying to work with Sean on sign language when he was probably about 8 or 9 months old. I'm not a very patient person so I lost interest in it pretty quickly and didn't continue consistently. Recently I discovered that Sean knew the sign for "more". Its an easy one that I continued to use even after I had kinda given up on sign language. So I've started to work with him on signing again and he's picking it up really well. So far he knows "more", "all done", "food", "book" and "thank you" ...I think that's it. The video below shows some of his signs. He doesn't do the sign for "all done" but I swear he knows it. Its one that we use when he's in the highchair all the time.
